Every time Grant Achatz?s NEXT Restaurant rolls out a new menu, they produce a video to go with it. Their current video is for a menu called ?The Hunt?. It?s not for the faint of heart, as it includes hunting, butchery, blood, etc., but it certainly makes it clear just what ingredients go into your dinner ? and it is beautifully done.
