Job description
The Three Business Sales division is seeking a first-rate sales professional with drive and passion to join this dynamic team as Business Development Executive targeting small and medium-sized enterprises.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a movement to change the telecoms market in Ireland and to bring the challenger brand to "major player" status.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, who can work alongside the support team, in the generation, conversion and optimization of their own sales activity. They should have a background in a professional sales environment and have a hunger to be part of a "best-in-class" high- performance culture.

What else it involves

Create, grow and sustain a successful business pipeline for designated area or sector
Timely and accurate management of sales forecasting
Achievement of monthly sales targets and agreed key performance indicators
Efficient management of CRM system
Effective daily use of sales and reporting tool kits

The skills we're looking for
Excellent communication, rapport-building and presentation skills
Exceptional levels of self-motivation
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets
Personal ownership of achieving set goals
Sense of duty to promote best customer experience
Obsessed with driving success both on an individual and team-wide basis
Solutions-driven
Relationships with potential client base an advantage
Experience in the mobile market a plus but not a must
Microsoft Office proficient
Full clean driver's licence
